Daoist Flow Yoga and Qigong
Thursdays – 09:30-10:15

A mixture of gently flowing yoga, somatic movement and Qigong. The focus of the class would be to warm up all the major joints of the body with fluid movement starting from the ground, moving to standing postures and back to the ground, incorporating breathwork and elements of Qigong along the way. Qigong can be really helpful for adding fluidity and circular motion into yoga postures in a way that encourages more ease in the body, whilst still building strength and flexibility.
