Sound Bath At The SportsPark
We’re excited to be hosting an Immersive Sound Bath at the SportsPark. It’s a fantastic opportunity for students, staff and members of the local community to try something new.
Step out of the noise and stress of everyday life and into an immersive evening of sound, stillness and relaxation.
Sound baths are a rare chance to stop doing and simply be.
For this special event, the experience will be enhanced by atmospheric UV lighting, transforming the room into an immersive visual as well as sonic environment.
Expect deep resonant gongs, shimmering bowls, layers of sound, vibration and silence and hour in which there is absolutely nothing you need to achieve.
