
Stay Active
Stay Active is a twice-weekly (Wednesday & Friday) activities session for the over-55s. A chance to exercise in a safe and welcoming environment with like-minded people. We offer a range of activities, sports and classes for you to enjoy including a variety of racket sports indoor and outdoor. Group exercise classes include gentle fitness, Zumba and a variety of holistic type instructor lead sessions. You can also use our very well equipped and modern gym during the session with access to free weights, resistance machines and aerobic equipment.
