More new classes coming

We have 2 brand new classes being added to the Group Exercise time table starting the 3rd November.

Core cardio combo, Mondays studio 2 at 5:15pm. Dynamic cardio intervals! Core exercises to tone, improve stability and boost endurance! Bodyweight moves, lightweight equipment and upbeat music to keep you motivated! Sunday morning stretch, Sundays Studio 3 at 9:00 am. Start your morning with a class dedicated to stretch those tight muscles and release your connective tissue!
